Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Linotto application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of service

Linotto provides Philippine lottery (PCSO) results, number generation tools, and notification services. The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Linotto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

Subscription terms (Linotto Premium)

Linotto offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that provides premium features including ad-free experience, unlimited combinations, expanded batch boards, priority notifications, and cloud ticket backup.

• Price: ₱99 per month (or equivalent in your local currency as displayed at time of purchase)
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Free Trial: No free trial is offered
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Cancellation: When you cancel, your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com

Cloud ticket backup

Premium subscribers may store their saved number combinations on our servers ("Cloud Backup"). Please note:

• Cloud Backup is tied to an anonymous identifier on your device. No personal account or registration is required.
• If you restore your subscription on a new device, your backed-up tickets can be retrieved.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device changes where purchases are not restored, or due to unforeseen technical issues.
• Cloud Backup data may be deleted after an extended period of inactivity following subscription expiration.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
• Misrepresent lotto results or use the App to deceive others

Disclaimer

Linotto is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of lotto results displayed in the App. Always verify results with official PCSO sources. The App does not provide gambling services and does not facilitate the purchase of lottery tickets.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linotto and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to losses related to lottery participation decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. PCSO lotto results are public information provided for informational purposes.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
